Hey! I'm Nikki Sweeden

Ā

Ā I'm a certified high-flow coach, writer, researcher, and course creator, and I'm thrilled to have you here. Iā€™ve been in various stages of AuDHD burnout for several years, including a functional rock bottom. My nervous system just shut down and doing the simplest things felt nearly impossible. Now, nearly two years and thousands of hours of R&D later, Iā€™m my own case study in stabilizing AuDHD burnout.Ā

Iā€™m absolutely obsessed with finding ways to help autistic and ADHD people feel better and get better by creating a personal healing and recovery toolbox, filled with options that workā€“for you.Ā

As a late-in-life identified autistic and ADHDer, Iā€™ve been on that wild ride of discovery, reconciling things that make a lot more sense now, finding a new compassion for my younger self, and learning about how my brain is wired.Ā

Ā

Ā

The AuDHD experience is a big, fascinating paradox, much like the universe itself, and I'm here for itā€”most days, anyway! I'm all about connecting with fellow AuDHDers, learning from our shared experiences, and celebrating the unique ways we see the world.

I'm also super passionate about the science of flow states, creativity, healing, and manifesting. I'm excited to have you join me on this journey as we work to heal our nervous systems, create supportive environments, and find our true passions. Together, we can make a real difference and help lift the world out of the gutter. We're amazing problem solvers, but we need to heal the damage our nervous systems have endured before we can step into our most authentic and powerful selves.Ā

Let's explore these possibilities and create a brighter future together!

As a late-in-life identified Autistic + ADHDer, learning how my specific flavor of these two very complex neurotypes play off each other has been, well, an experience.

So much paradox!Ā

But Iā€™m committed to re-imagining the AuDHD neurotype as a more unified way of being wired. I believe that this neurotype is not about contradictions, but about embracing the complexities, nuances, and ā€œthings that donā€™t make sense sometimes, yet here we areā€ aspects of the human brain.Ā

Ā

The AuDHD experience is indeed one enormous paradox but hey, so is the universe so Iā€™m okay with that. Most of the time.Ā

Ā

Iā€™m passionate about listening to other AuDHDers and gaining continuous insights into the things that make each of us unique, but also the remarkable similarities in how we experience the world. And Iā€™m passionate about the neuroscience of flow states, creativity, healing, and manifesting.Ā

Iā€™m so excited for you to join me on this journey of figuring out how to heal our nervous systems, create neuro-affirming realities for ourselves and others, and find our passionate purposes to help pull this world out of the effing gutter.

We are fantastic problem solvers but we canā€™t do it if our nervous systems are in shambles from surviving in a world that was made for other kinds of brains.

Let's connect!
